Anatomical Diagnosis :
A specimen shows:
- Uterus (bisected).
- Tubes.
- Ovaries.
- Parametrium.
-Upper part of the vagina.
Pathological Diagnosis :
The ectocervix shows a malignant
ulcer (raised everted edges , rough necrotic floor).
Operative Diagnosis :
Wertheim's operation.
Provisional Diagnosis :
Cervical ulcer for differential
diagnosis most probably carcinoma of the cervix (ulcerative type).
