Anatomical Diagnosis :
A specimen shows:
- Uterine body (incised longitudinally).
- Fallopian tubes.
- Ovaries.
Pathological Diagnosis :
The myometrium shows multiple solid lesions , some of them are well
defined & encapsulated, the others are ill-defined & infiltrate the
myometrium.
Operative Diagnosis :
Post-mortem specimen.
Provisional Diagnosis :
Multiple fibroids with sarcomatous degeneration.
