Anatomical Diagnosis :
A specimen shows:

- Uterus (incised longitudinally).
- Fallopian tubes.

Pathological Diagnosis :
Irregular ill-defined mass infiltrating the myometrium & filling the uterine cavity with areas of haemorrhage & necrosis.

Operative Diagnosis :
Total abdominal hysterectomy.

Provisional Diagnosis :
Uterine sarcoma.
