Anatomical Diagnosis :
A specimen shows:
- Uterus (bisected).
- Tubes.
- Ovaries.
- Parametrium.
-Upper part of the vagina (a flap
of upper part of the posterior vaginal wall is lifted up to expose the
cervix}.
Pathological Diagnosis :
The ecto-cervix shows a fungating
cauliflower mass extending into the upper vagina.
Operative Diagnosis :
Wertheim's operation.
Provisional Diagnosis :
Carcinoma of the cervix
(cauliflower type)
