Anatomical Diagnosis :
A specimen shows:
- Uterus body (incised longitudinally).
- One tube & ovary.
Pathological Diagnosis :
irregular ill-defined mass infiltrating the myometrium & filling the
uterine cavity with areas of haemorrhage & necrosis.
Operative Diagnosis :
Post-mortem specimen.
Provisional Diagnosis :
Uterine sarcoma.
