>Anatomical Diagnosis :
A specimen shows:
- Uterine body (bisected).
- Fallopian tubes.
- One ovary.
Pathological Diagnosis :
- Thickened myometrium with coarse reticular appearance.
- Small cystic blood spaces.
- Multiple subserous fibroids.
- Cystic ovary on one side.
- Hydrosalpinx on the other side.
Operative Diagnosis :
Subtotal hysterectomy & unilateral salpingo-oophorectomy.
Provisional Diagnosis :
Adenomyosis, fibroid & hydrosalpinx.
