Anatomical Diagnosis :
A specimen shows:

- Uterus (bisected ).
- Fallopian tubes.

Pathological Diagnosis :
- Thickened myometrium with coarse reticular appearance.
- Small cystic biood spaces.
- Extensive peritoneal adhesions.

Operative Diagnosis :

Subtotal hysterectomy.

Provisional Diagnosis :

Adenomyosis for histopathological confirmation.
