Anatomicel Diagnosis :
A specimen shows:
- Uterus (bisected).
- Fallopian tubes.
Pathological Diagnosis :
- The cervix is enlarged & is occupied by single
solid well circumscribed rounded mass with whorly appearance in cut
section.
- The body of the uterus is displaced upwards & shows thickened
endometrium.
- The cervical canal is elongated.
Operative Diagnosis :
Total hysterectomy.
Provisional Diagnosis :
Cervical fibroid.
