Anatomical Diagnosis :
A specimen shows:
- Uterus (bisected).
- Fallopian tubes.
- Both ovaries.
Pathological Diagnosis :
- The cervix is enlarged by a single solid well circumscribed rounded
mass with whorly appearance in cut section.
- The uterine body is displaced upwards with thickened endometrium.
- One ovary is slightly enlarged.
Operative Diagnosis :
Total hysterectomy & bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy.
Provisional Diagnosis :
Cervical fibroid.
