Anatomical Diagnosis :
A specimen shows:

- Uterus.
- Fallopian tubes.
- Both ovaries.

Pathological Diagnosis :
- Dilated effaced cervix with a single solid well circumscribed globular mass protruding out from the cervix.
- The body of the uterus is displaced upwards.

Operative Diagnosis :
Total hysterectomy & bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy.

Provisional Diagnosis :
Mass protruding from cervix for differential diagnosis (most probably submucous fibroid polyp).
