Anatomical Diagnosis :
A specimen shows:
- Uterus (incised longitudinally).
- Parametrium.
- Fallopian tubes.
- Ovaries.
- Strip of the vagina.
Pathological Diagnosis :
The uterine cavity is dilated & shows a polyp attached to the fundus
with haemorrhage in the lower part of the polyp.
Operative Diagnosis :
Post-mortem specimen.
Provisional Diagnosis :
Uterine polyp (for differential diagnosis).
