>Anatomical Diagnosis :
A specimen Shows:
Cut section of the ovary.
Pathological Diagnosis :
- The ovary is enlarged & cystic.
- The cyst is thin walled Multi-locular ( Loculi of different sizes).
Containing clear fluid.
- The cyst contains exophytic & endophytic papillae.
Operative Diagnosis :
Ovariotomy.
Provisional Diagnosis :
Papillary serous cyst adenoma of ovary.>
