Anatomical Diagnosis :
A specimen shows:
- Gravid uterus (Opened).
- Tubes.
- Ovaries.
- Parametrium.
Pathological Diagnosis :
- The gravid uterus is opened to
show the intra-uterine pregnancy (about 12 weeks gestation).
- The ecto-cervix shows a fungating cauliflower mass.
Operative Diagnosis :
Wertheim's operation.
Provisional Diagnosis :
Carcinoma of the cervix (cauliflower type) with pregnancy.
