Anatomical Diagnosis :
A specimen shows :
- Uterus. - Tubes.
- Ovaries.
- Parametrium.
- Upper part of the vagina (a flap of upper part of the posterior
vaginal wall is lifted up to expose the cervix}.
Pathological Diagnose :
The ecto-cervix shows a fungating
cauliflower mass extending into the upper vagina.
Operative Diagnosis :
Wertheim's operation,
Provisional Diagnosis :
Carcinoma of the cervix
(cauliflower type).
