Gross Pathology :

1. The prostate and the bladder neck are infiltrated by a greyish white irregular growth with foci of hemorrhage

2. The growth is partially projecting into the bladder cavity.

Diagnosis :

Carcinoma of the prostate infiltrating the urinary bladder.
