Specimen:
Testis with the covering tunica vaginalis
Gross Pathology :
1. The open tunica vaginalis is markedly distended and shows greyish white fibrous thickening and fibrous adhesions.
2. The testis is small and atrophic.
Diagnosis :
Hydrocele.
