Specimen:
Half of testis and spermatic cord.
Gross Pathology :
1. The testis is enlarged. Its cut section of the testis shows diffuse infiltration by a fleshy greyish white tumor tissue.
2. The covering tunica shows greyish white fibrous thickening and fibrous adhesions.
Diagnosis:
Seminoma of the testis.
