Specimen:
Two halves of both kidneys and the aorta of a child.
Gross Pathology :
1. Both kidneys are enlarged.
2. The outer surface of the kidney is nodular.
3. Cut section showed replacement of renal parenchyma by a fleshy greyish white non- capsulated mass showing foci of necrosis and hemorrhage.
Diagnosis :
Wilm’s tumor (Nephroblastoma), bilateral.
