Bisected kidney
Gross Pathology:
1. The kidney is markedly reduced in size, with finely granular outer
surface.
2. Cut section shows reduced cortex, indistinct from the medulla.
3. There is apparent increase in peri-pelvicfat
Diagnosis
Chronic glomerulonephritis; end stage kidney.
