Specimen:
Left eye, eyelids and retro-orbital fatty tissue.
Gross Pathology:
1. A malignant ulcer is seen involving the inner canthus, lower lid and extending to the upper lid.
2. The ulcer has raised rolled in beaded edges and rough necrotic floor.
Diagnosis:
Basal cell carcinoma (Rodent Ulcer).
