Specimen:
The tip of the nose, nostrils and upper lip.
Gross pathology:
1. A greyish white mass is seen filling the nasal cavity and infiltrating the upper lip.
2. The back of the specimen shows that the mass is filling the nasal cavity and destroying part of the nasal septum.
Diagnosis:
Rhinoscleroma.
