Specimen:

Tongue, epiglottis, larynx and upper part of trachea.

 

Gross Pathology :

The mucosa of the larynx shows malignant irregular ulcer, measures 4 cm in diameter, with raised everted edges and rough necrotic floor

 

Diagnosis:

Ulcerative carcinoma of the larynx
