Specimen:   

Humerus

 

Gross Pathology:

1.  The upper part of the humerus is surrounded by a large adherent fusiform is non-capsulated greyish white mass, measures 12X8 cm.

2.  The adjacent tissue and bone show minimal invasion.

 

Diagnosis:

Parosteal osteosarcoma of the humerus.
