Specimen:
Section in the arm.
Gross Pathology :
1. The lower 4/5 of the humerus are expanded and destroyed by a large non-capsulated fleshy greyish white mass, showing areas of hemorrhage and necrosis and remnants of the bone.
2. The surrounding muscles and the elbow joint are infiltrated.
3. The skin of the arm shows multiple projecting scars at the sites of cautery burns.
Diagnosis :
1. Osteosarcoma of the humerus.
2. Multiple keloids.
