Specimen:
A sectioned mandible.
Gross Pathology:
1. The body and angle of the mandible are expanded and destroyed by a non-capsulated oval mass measures 10X6 cm and shows a multilocular cut section exhibiting hemorrhage and clotted blood.
2. The mandible and surrounding tissues are irregularly infiltrated.
Diagnosis:
Adamantinoma of the mandible.
