Specimen:
A male breast (small amount of subcutaneous fat and bulky pectoral muscle).
Gross Pathology:
The breast shows an infiltrative non- capsulated greyish white mass measures 3X2 cm, infiltrating the fatty tissue and underlying muscle.
Diagnosis:
Male breast carcinoma.
