Specimen:
An excised breast mass.
Gross Pathology:
1. Section in the breast, showing a large oval non-capsulated mass.
2. The mass shows greyish white cut section with numerous small cystic spaces (dilated ducts), filled with yellowish necrotic tumor tissue.
Diagnosis:
Intraduct carcinoma of the breast (Comedo type).
