Specimen:
Section in the breast.
Gross Pathology:
1. The breast shows a well defined capsulated mass measures 6X4 cm, with greyish white cut section showing many slits.
2. The breast fat around the mass shows 2 small irregular greyish white masses (mammary hyperplasia).
Diagnosis :
1. Fibroadenoma (intra-canalicular type).
2. Mammary hyperplasia.
