Specimen:
Excised breast mass
Gross Pathology:
1. An oval mass, showing greyish white areas of fibrosis and a large cyst 4X3 cm, with intra-cystic papillary projections.
2. Around the cyst, the breast fat shows grayish nodules
Diagnosis:
Fibrocystic disease with papillomatosis.
