Specimen:
Half of a large cystic ovarian mass.
Gross Pathology:
1. An oval multilocular cyst 24 cm in diameter, with thin wall.
2. The outer surface is smooth and greyish white.
3. The inner surface is smooth, with no papillae.
4. The loculi contain gelatinous material.
