Specimen:
Half of a cystic ovarian mass.
Gross Pathology :
1. An oval unilocular cyst 15X10 cm.
2. The outer surface is smooth and greyish white.
3. The inner surface shows many small papillae, projecting in the cyst cavity.
Diagnosis:
Papillary serous cystadenoma of the ovary.
