Specimen:
An opened uterus with both Fallopian tubes and ovaries.Gross Pathology:
1. The uterus shows a fungating polypoid greyish white mass with areas of hemorrhage and necrosis. The tumor is projecting in the lumen and infiltrating the uterine wall.
2. The left ovary is enlarged and shows multilocular cystic tumor.
Diagnosis
1. Carcinoma of the uterus
2. Mucinous cystadenoma of the left ovary.
