Open uterus
Gross Pathology :
1. An oval polyp; 4 cm in length is seen arising from the posterior superior aspect of the endometrium.
2. The polyp is well defined, greyish white and has a smooth surface that shows tiny cysts.
Diagnosis
Endometrial polyp.
