Specimen:
Section in the thyroid gland.
Gross Pathology:
1. The gland is mildly symmetrically enlarged with smooth outer surface.
2. The cut surface is homogenous and fleshy.
Diagnosis:
Grave’s disease (Exophthalmic goitre).
