Specimen:
Terminal ileum, ileo-caecal valve and caecum.
Gross Pathology:
1. An annular grayish growth is seen infiltrating the ileo-caecal valve
and adjoining parts of the ileum and caecum
2. The lumen is narrowed.
Diagnosis:
Carcinoma of the ileo-caecal valve; infiltrative annular pattern.
