Specimen:
A segment of the ileum.

 Gross Pathology:
1. The mucosa shows multiple large and small ulcers.
2. The large ulcers are oval and parallel to the long axis of the intestine, their floor are grayish brown.
3. The small ulcers are round in shape due to affection of the solitary lymph follicles.
