Specimen:
Opened stomach

 Gross Pathology:
1. The mucosa of the stomach shows a malignant irregular ulcer, measures 7x6 cm, with raised everted edges and rough necrotic floor.
2. The pre-pyloric lymph nodes are enlarged and greyish white (seen at the outer surface of the stomach).

 Diagnosis:
1. Ulcerative carcinoma of the stomach
2. Gastric lymph node metastases.
