Specimen:
Pharynx, upper esophagus, larynx and upper part of trachea.

Gross Pathology:
1.  The upper end of the esophagus shows malignant irregular ulcer, measures 7 cm in length, with raised everted edges and rough necrotic floor.
2.  The ulcer causes stenosis of the upper end of the esophagus.

Diagnosis:
Ulcerative carcinoma of the esophagus.
