Specimen:
Opened gall bladder
Gross Pathology:
1. The wall is thick, greyish white and fibrous.
2.The cavity of the gall bladder contains a solitary cholesterol
stone.
3. The stone is large (2X1 cm), yellowish white in color with a
mammillated surface.
Diagnosis:
1. Chronic cholecystitis.
2. Cholesterol gall stone.
