Specimen:
A liver slice
Gross Pathology:
1. The length of the slice denotes an enlarged liver.
2. The cut surface shows scattered non-capsulated variable sized yellow
metastatic nodules, some are seen sub-pleural.
3. Some nodules show central umbilication (depression) due to necrosis
in the centre.
