Specimen:
A slice of liver
Gross Pathology:
1. The liver is reduced in size.
2. The surface and the cut section of the liver are diffusely nodular.
3. The regeneration nodules are small less than 1 cm, pale yellowish in
color and are separated by greyish white fibrous strands.
