Sectioned liver
Gross Pathology :
1. The liver is enlarged with sharp edges, denoting firm consistency
2. The cut surface shows multiple pale brown waxy semi-translucent amyloid deposits.
3. The liver tissue in between appears yellowish brown (steatosis).
