Unopened Heart
Gross Pathology :
The visceral pericardium is dull, opaque and greyish due to fibrin
deposition.
N.B. Part of this fibrin is removed to show the
underlying smooth surface of the heart.
Diagnosis:
Fibrinous pericarditis.
